As a BNZ Breakers member, we want to make sure you’re ready to enter Spark Arena smoothly and enjoy the game day experience from the moment you arrive. Below is your step-by-step guide to accessing, managing, and using your digital tickets.

How to Access Your Tickets

Member tickets are managed through Ticketmaster Account Manager — not the standard Ticketmaster app or website.

To access your tickets:

  • Go to https://am.ticketmaster.com/nzbreakers/
  • Click the Sign In button
  • Log in with the email address used to purchase your membership
  • Navigate to My Events to view your upcoming games
  • Select the match — your ticket will be displayed and ready to use

Transferring Tickets

Can’t make a game? You can easily send your ticket to a friend or family member.

To transfer:

  • Go to https://am.ticketmaster.com/nzbreakers/
  • Click the Sign In button
  • Find the ticket for the game you want to transfer
  • Click Transfer Ticket and enter your recipient’s email address
  • They’ll receive their own scannable digital ticket via email

100% Digital Tickets

All BNZ Breakers tickets are fully digital. That means:
No need to print
No paper tickets
No stress
Must use mobile device
You’ll need to enter using a mobile device — just scan your phone at the gates.

Add Tickets to Your Wallet

For the fastest entry, we highly recommend adding your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arriving at Spark Arena.

You’ll receive a separate digital ticket for each home game — so make sure the correct match is loaded in your wallet for each event.

Location

Spark Arena is located at 42-80 Mahuhu Crescent, Parnell, Auckland.
We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before tip-off to allow time for entry and finding your seat.

Transport Options
  • Train: Short walk from Britomart Station
  • Bus: Multiple lines stop nearby on Beach Road
  • Driving: Paid parking is available at Arena Car Park (enter via Tapora St)
  • Rideshare drop-off available at the designated zone outside Gate 2
Accessibility

Mobility entrance is via Entry B.
Companion seating is available in select reserved zones.

Hosting Rules

No outside food or drink permitted.
Bags will be searched at Entry (this is an NBL security requirement).
All tickets must be presented on your mobile device.
Antisocial behaviour will result in removal from the venue.

Traffic Management

On high-capacity nights, road closures or detours may affect access. Follow signage and traffic staff on-site.

Family Support
  • Baby change facilities are available on main concourses
  • Lost child support is managed through Guest Services inside Entry B
  • Family-friendly sections and accessible restrooms are available
