Tickets are sold via Ticketmaster New Zealand and are subject to their terms and conditions: https://www.ticketmaster.co.nz. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are not excluded.
All ticket refunds or exchanges must be handled through Ticketmaster.
