How to Access Your Tickets

How you access your tickets depends on the option you chose when booking your tickets on Ticketek.
Mobile tickets are the easiest option.

To access your tickets:

Go to https://premier.ticketek.co.nz/
Click the Sign In button from the drop-down menu (top right).
Log in with the email address used to purchase your membership.
Navigate to Order History.
Select the match.
For your mobile ticket, select Mobile Ticket — your ticket will be displayed and ready to use.

Email Link:

Your ticket confirmation email includes a mobile-friendly link to view and present your mobile tickets.

Add Mobile Tickets to Your Wallet

For the fastest entry, we highly recommend adding your Mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arriving at Claudelands Arena.

Location

Claudelands is located on the corner of Brooklyn Road and Heaphy Terrace in the heart of Hamilton and on the eastern side of the Waikato River.
We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before tip-off to allow time for entry and finding your seat.

Transport Options

Bus: Stops are situated on Brooklyn Road and Heaphy Terrace. For more information on the city's bus service visit the Busit website.
Taxi: Stands are located on Heaphy Terrace.
Bicycle: Bicycle racks are available on site.
Walk: Claudelands is a 10-15 minute walk from the CBD, pedestrian access is via the Arena Plaza on Heaphy Terrace.

Accessibility

There are a number of accessibility car parks available in the Heaphy Terrace car park, approximately 80m from the Arena Plaza. Brooklyn car park has a number of accessibility car parks available, approximately 80m from the Exhibition Halls.

Wheelchair users: Access to the venue is via the Ground Floor. Lifts are available in the arena foyer and at the conference concourse. Accessible bathroom facilities are available on the lower and upper arena concourse of the Claudelands Arena, the lower conference concourse and beside the Brooklyn Rooms on the upper level.
Wheelchair accessible spaces are available in the Arena. If you require wheelchair accessible seating, please notify Ticketek when you are purchasing your ticket, you will then be allocated to accessibility seating.

Hearing loop: The Arena and the Heaphy rooms are fitted with a hearing aid loop which is accessible by turning your hearing device to the ‘T’ option. When attending a conference, dinner or meeting in the Heaphy Room or Arena and you require use of this facility, please let your organiser know so that you are allocated seating within the loop. When booking your ticket for an Arena event, please notify the ticket supplier who will be able to allocate hearing loop seating.

Hosting Rules

No outside food or drink permitted.
Bags may be searched at entry.
All tickets must be presented on your mobile device or as a physical copy. Photos and Screenshots will not be accepted.
Antisocial behaviour will result in removal from the venue.
