How to Access Your Tickets

Tickets are managed through the Ticketmaster app or website.

To access your tickets:

Go to https://www.ticketmaster.co.nz/
Click the Sign In button
Log in with the email address used to purchase your tickets
Navigate to My Events to view your upcoming games
Select the match — your ticket will be displayed and ready to use

Add Tickets to Your Wallet

For the fastest entry, we highly recommend adding your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arriving at Wolfbrook Arena.

You’ll receive a separate digital ticket for each home game — so make sure the correct match is loaded in your wallet for each event.

Location

Wolfbrook Arena is located at 55 Jack Hinton Drive, Addington, Christchurch.
We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before tip-off to allow time for entry and finding your seat.

Transport Options

Bus: Metro Bus Stops are located nearby on Lincoln Road and Whiteleigh Ave. Plan your journey with the Metro Go planner https://go.metroinfo.co.nz
Driving: There is a large complimentary car park on site however space is subject to availability. We recommend car pooling or parking in well-lit streets, nearby.
Rideshare: Ride share vehicles are welcome to drop off at the Arena. There is a drop off zone outside the main front doors and with larger events this may be to the side of the venue and directions will be managed by our car-parking staff.
Bicycle: Bike racks are available for cyclists and are located opposite the main entrance of the Arena in the car park area. Please ensure you lock your bikes securely.
Pedestrian access is available from all points of entry. Please stay on footpaths and to the sides of road, for your safety and the safety of others.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower:At Wolfbrook Arena we support the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower card.If you or someone you are with are attending our event, you can wear a hidden disabilities lanyard which indicates to our staff that you may like some extra assistance or care.If you would like to know more please visit the Hidden Disability website.

Mobility Parking is available directly opposite the front entry, in the main car park. Only vehicles with the appropriate Mobility Pass will be allowed entry.
