How do I access my tickets?

All tickets are digital and will be sent via email closer to the start of the season. You can also log into the NZ Breakers Member Portal to view and manage your tickets.

When will I receive my tickets?

After purchasing your membership you will be able to see your tickets in the "My Events" tab on the Breakers Membership Portal. Tickets are all digital this season, if you require any assistance with these please email membership@nzbreakers.co.nz

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes — your tickets are fully transferable. Simply forward your digital ticket from the Member Portal to a friend or family member.

Do I get early access to tickets?

Yes — all members receive priority access to Finals tickets and select single-game ticket windows before the general public.

Can I upgrade my ticket or seat location?

Seat upgrades depend on availability. Contact membership@nzbreakers.co.nz to enquire about options.

What if I lose access to my ticket email?

No worries — just log into the Member Portal to retrieve your tickets at any time.

What’s included in my membership?

Every tier includes different perks — from reserved seats to merchandise discounts and exclusive event access. Compare all tiers here.

Do I get access to all home games?

General Admission, Fan Zone, and Season Ticket holders get access to all Spark Arena games.

Other games around the country are sold separately - season members will get great options for these games.

Breaker Nation (Digital) memberships do not include ticket access.

Do I get access to away games?

No, memberships only include access to Spark Arena home games. However, select members will be entered into a draw to attend an away game in Australia with the team.

Do I get a membership pack?

Yes — all members will receive a member pack delivered before the season starts.

Are there family or concession memberships?

Yes — Season Tickets offer concession pricing (Under 15 & Over 65) and family bundle options.

Am I entered into prize draws automatically?

Yes — all members are automatically entered into member-only prize draws, including signed gear, VIP experiences, and travel opportunities.

What prizes are available?

Do members get merchandise discounts?

Yes — members can get up to 15% off at the Breakers store.

Do I get food or drink discounts at games?

Yes — season ticket members get food and beverage discounts at Spark Arena.

When does membership go on sale?

Memberships go on sale to the public on 1 July 2025. Early access is available to renewing members beforehand.

When does membership close?

Membership sales end on 7 September 2025.

When do individual tickets go on sale?

Individual game tickets go on sale 11 August 2025.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes - ticketed season members can choose to pay in 6 monthly installments.

Do I need to renew each year?

Yes — but existing members get early access and seat retention rights. If you don’t renew by 8 July, your reserved seat will be released.

Where do I sit?

It depends on your tier — General Admission is open seating, Fan Zone is in the Supporters Section, and Season Tickets have assigned seats.

Where is Spark Arena located?

42/80 Mahuhu Crescent, Parnell, Auckland 1010 — near the waterfront.  Get directions from the Spark Arena website.

Are there accessible seating options?

Yes — Spark Arena is fully accessible. Please contact us if you require assistance or want to request accessible seating.

Can I bring kids?

Absolutely — Breakers games are family-friendly. Children under 2 can enter for free if they sit on a parent’s lap.

How do I contact support?
Can I change my personal details?

Yes — log into the Member Portal to update your contact info or preferences.

Transport Options
  • Train: Short walk from Britomart Station
  • Bus: Multiple lines stop nearby on Beach Road
  • Driving: Paid parking is available at Arena Car Park (enter via Tapora St)
  • Rideshare drop-off available at the designated zone outside Gate 2
